We are urgently required Electrical QA/QC Inspector in tabuk location.

Responsibilities

Inspect electrical installations and systems (power, lighting, cable trays, switchgear, motor control centres, panels, earthing / grounding, etc.) to ensure they meet design drawings, specifications, and applicable codes and standards.

Review and verify electrical material submittals, datasheets, test certificates, and ensure materials used are as per contract, specs & quality requirements.

Review and enforce Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, Wiring & Cabling schedules, and other QA/QC documentation.

Conduct on-site inspections during installation, wiring, routing of cables, terminations, continuity, insulation resistance, polarity, identification labeling, color coding, etc.

Perform and witness electrical testing: e.g. switchgear testing (breaker, relay, CT, PT), insulation, grounding/earthing tests, continuity, loop checks, point-to-point verification, power continuity, functional tests, etc.

Carry out inspections during prefabrication, vendor / factory inspections if required.

Identify non-conformances; issue NCR (Non Conformance Report), follow up corrective and preventive actions; ensure closure of NCRs.

Maintain records of inspections, test reports, handover documentation, quality dossiers / loop folders.

Liaise with engineering, procurement, construction teams (electrical & instrumentation, civil, mechanical) to resolve clarifications, discrepancies, and ensure work proceeds on schedule and meets quality.

Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) rules; ensure electrical works done safely; promote safe practices during test & commissioning.

Witness FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests) / SAT (Site Acceptance Tests) where applicable for electrical equipment / panels / switchgear.

Participate in quality audits, internal inspections; assist or support client or third-party inspections.

Prepare weekly / periodic quality reports, highlight issues, status of inspections / non-conformities, required actions.
