Job Vacancy: Hydraulic Technician

Job Objective

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of hydraulic systems and components efficiently, ensuring safe and proper operation according to technical specifications and industrial standards.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Install and dismantle hydraulic systems and components such as pumps, cylinders, blocks, valves, hoses, and others

Inspect and diagnose faults in hydraulic systems using measurement and testing tools

Perform regular and emergency maintenance of hydraulic systems

Replace oils and filters and ensure system cleanliness with no leaks

Read and interpret technical drawings and hydraulic schematics

Test systems after maintenance or installation to ensure operational efficiency

Accurately document maintenance and repair reports

Follow occupational safety and health standards at all times

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion and quality execution

Qualifications and Requirements

Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Minimum 3 years of practical experience in hydraulics

Strong knowledge of hydraulic components and their operation

Proficient in using hydraulic measurement and testing tools

Ability to read technical drawings and hydraulic schematics

Willingness to work on-site and handle work pressure
