Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies tailored to the Saudi market.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.

• Promote the company’s services ( Manpower Supplies and Ajeer Based Contract) professionally.

• Prepare quotations and client presentations.

• Analyze market trends and competitors; provide regular performance and opportunity reports.

• Manage online marketing campaigns (Google Ads, social media, email marketing, etc.).

• Coordinate with design and content teams to create effective marketing materials.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales or marketing.

• Strong understanding of the Saudi market and consumer behavior.

• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

• Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is a must.

• Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
