Description

We are looking for a Commissary Chef to join our team in a luxury restaurant in Riyadh (Local Recruitment Only)

Job Details:
• Salary: 1,800 SAR
• Duty Hours: 8 hours + 1-hour break (Total 9 hours)
• Weekly Day-Off: 1 day per week

Contract Terms:

Overtime Policy:

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef with daily operations, food preparation, and ensuring hygienic conditions in the butchery section. Maintain food stock control, uphold safety standards, and guide subordinates in their daily tasks. Consistently deliver high-quality products while staying updated on new recipes and preparation techniques.
