Job Title: Laser & CNC Machine Operator & Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Laser & CNC Machine Operator and Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and designing products using advanced laser and CNC machinery. If you have a passion for precision, innovation, and craftsmanship, we would love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain CNC and laser cutting/engraving machines

Create and modify design files (DXF, DWG, or similar formats)

Prepare materials and ensure quality control during production

Perform machine setup, calibration, and troubleshooting as needed

Ensure all work is completed with attention to detail and safety standards

Collaborate with design and production teams for customized projects

Maintain daily logs and reports on operations and outputs


Requirements:

Proven experience in laser and CNC machine operations

Strong skills in design software such as CorelDRAW, AutoCAD, or similar

Ability to read technical drawings and translate them into machine instructions

High attention to detail and accuracy

Basic mechanical knowledge for machine maintenance

Good communication and teamwork skills
