We Unisis Engineering started our business in 2008, our core business is supporting industry and projects by seconding manpower to PMC, EPC clients in oil & gas, petrochemical industry.

Job Purpose:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (Irish National) to lead our market expansion and partnership initiatives in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in alignment with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the Saudi market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and trade shows.
• Work closely with internal teams (e.g. marketing, product, operations) to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
• Track and report on business development activities, pipeline, and results using ERP.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards in business dealings.

Requirements:
• Irish National.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi market and business culture.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Willingness to travel across GCC Countries as needed.

Preferred Qualities:
• Experience working in same industry.
• Existing network of business contacts in Saudi Arabia.
• Multilingual skills are a plus, particularly in English languages.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
