Description

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Graphic Designer cum Machine Operator to handle both creative design tasks and the operation of printing/production machinery. The ideal candidate will have expertise in graphic design software as well as hands-on experience in operating machines such as digital printers, cutters, lamination machines, plotters, UV and etc. This role requires a balance of creativity, technical proficiency, and attention to detail to ensure high-quality output in both design and production.

Machine Operation Duties:
•⁠ ⁠Operate and maintain production machinery.
•⁠ ⁠Ensure machines are calibrated for optimal performance and quality.
•⁠ ⁠Monitor print/production jobs, troubleshoot technical issues, and perform basic maintenance.
•⁠ ⁠Handle materials (e.g., vinyl, acrylic, paper) and ensure proper setup for cutting/printing.
•⁠ ⁠Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.

Graphic Design Duties:
•⁠ ⁠Create visually appealing designs for print and digital media (e.g., logos, brochures, banners, social media content).
•⁠ ⁠Edit and retouch images, ensuring high resolution and print readiness.
•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with clients or marketing teams to understand design requirements.
•⁠ ⁠Prepare print-ready files with proper color management, bleed, and trim marks.
•⁠ ⁠Stay updated with design trends and industry standards.

Desired Candidate Profile
Degree in Design, Fine Arts, and other related fields.
Proven machine operator experience of at least 2-4 years. preferably within an advertising agency, marketing team, or similar environment
If have experience in graphic designer is added advantage
Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, After Effect, Dreamweaver, Photoshop) is added advantage
Being Bilingual (English and Arabic) is an added advantage
