🎯 Job Purpose

To perform all accounting and financial tasks related to preparing and recording journal entries, monitoring accounts, preparing periodic financial reports, and ensuring compliance with approved accounting standards and regulations.

🛠️ Duties & Responsibilities

Record daily journal entries and enter financial data into the accounting system.

Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank transactions.

Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.

Maintain and verify the accuracy and completeness of accounting records.

Prepare periodic financial reports (monthly / quarterly / annually).

Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial statements.

Review and match invoices and expenses according to approved financial policies.

Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide required documentation.

Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (IFRS / SOCPA).

Maintain and archive all financial documents according to company procedures.

👤 Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent.

1–3 years of experience in accounting (preferred).

Good knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Familiarity with tax, zakat, and VAT regulations.

Strong analytical skills.

Ability to work under pressure.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Commitment and strict confidentiality in handling financial data.
