Job Opportunity: Generator Operation & Maintenance Technician
Position: Generator Operation & Maintenance Technician
Location: Remote (with potential project involvement in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia)
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Generator Operation & Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diesel generator operation and maintenance, with hands-on experience across major generator brands. This is a remote role with potential engagement in projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of diesel generators ranging from 100–800 KVA
• Conduct operational checks, troubleshooting, and repairs on-site or remotely as needed
• Ensure the reliability and optimal performance of generators at client locations
• Coordinate with field teams during installation and commissioning of generator units
• Maintain detailed service logs and maintenance reports
• Provide remote technical support and training to on-site personnel
• Familiarity with control panels, ATS systems, and generator synchronization setups

Qualifications & Skills Required:
• HSC / Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Mechanical or Electrical
• 12–15 years of proven experience in Operation & Maintenance of diesel generators (100–800 KVA)
• Familiarity with major brands such as Doosan, Cummins, CAT, Perkins, etc.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and reporting skills

Preferred:
• Prior experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or UAE
• Experience in installation and commissioning of generator systems
• Working knowledge of safety standards and O\&M best practices
