Job Title: Senior Logistics Manager (Construction Projects)

Location: Saudi Arabia / Middle East

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Logistics Manager to oversee logistics operations for large-scale construction and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in resource planning, fleet and equipment management, subcontractor coordination, and end-to-end logistics for complex, high-value projects. The role requires strong leadership skills, cost-control acumen, and the ability to ensure safe, efficient, and timely project execution in compliance with international standards.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, implement, and supervise logistics strategies for large construction projects.
Manage material delivery schedules, site mobilization, and inventory control.
Oversee fleet operations, heavy equipment maintenance, and workshop activities.
Coordinate subcontractors for material handling, transportation, and lifting operations.
Ensure compliance with project-specific logistics requirements (e.g., Bechtel, Parsons, NEOM, RSG).
Control costs through vendor negotiations, waste reduction, and operational optimization.
Supervise lifting operations (T?V certified) and ensure safety compliance.
Lead manpower distribution, labor accommodation logistics, and gate pass management.
Conduct operational audits and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
Collaborate with project managers, procurement, safety, and site teams.


Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Automotive/Heavy Equipment) or related field.
12+ years of logistics experience in construction and infrastructure projects across the Middle East.
Strong knowledge of material handling, fleet management, lifting operations, and site logistics.
Certifications: PMP?, PMI-RMP?, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (CLSSGB), T?V-certified in lifting supervision and scaffolding inspection, IOSH, OSHA.
Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management systems.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects under tight deadlines.

Preferred Experience

Previous roles in Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Qatar within top-tier construction companies.
Logistics management for mega-projects such as NEOM, KAFD, and Red Sea projects.
Hands-on involvement with sustainability practices and LEED compliance.
