Role Overview:
The Construction Manager will oversee and manage the execution of civil infrastructure projects in line with client requirements, contractual obligations, and KSA building codes and regulations. The role involves supervising construction activities, coordinating stakeholders, ensuring safety compliance, and driving projects to timely and cost-effective completion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and manage day-to-day site construction activities for infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, drainage, bridges, tunnels, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, engineering standards, Saudi building codes, and safety regulations.
• Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site teams to achieve milestones within schedule and budget.
• Monitor work progress, prepare reports, and escalate risks or delays to the Project Director/Client.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design and safety standards.
• Implement project execution strategies, work breakdown structures, and construction methodologies.
• Review and approve construction method statements, work permits, and material submissions.
• Manage site logistics, equipment, manpower, and resources to optimize productivity.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements in line with KSA laws and company policies.
• Coordinate with consultants, designers, government authorities, and stakeholders to resolve technical and operational issues.
• Lead progress meetings with contractors and prepare weekly/monthly status reports.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (Master’s preferred).
• 10–15 years of relevant experience in civil infrastructure projects, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record in large-scale infrastructure projects in KSA/GCC.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.).
