#Job Opportunity: QS (Quantity Surveyor) Engineer

We are looking for an experienced QS (Quantity Surveyor) Engineer to join our team!

#Requirements:

1. Should be Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership.
2. Membership Category Should be in "Engineer".
3 Specialization should be in "Quantities Surveyor".
2. Minimum 5 years of work experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
3. Previous experience working with Royal Commissions or consultants such as Boodicker, Al- Rashed, Parsons, or Aegis.
4. Direct work experience with Green Riyadh Program or Sports Boulevard Program.
5. Total professional experience between 5 – 7 years.
6. Proven expertise in:
7. Preparing and finalizing client interim payment applications.
8. Reviewing subcontractor invoices and matching them with executed works.
9. Preparing Change Orders, conducting price studies and rate analysis.
10. Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
11. Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
12. Ensure all work complies with legal, safety, and environmental regulations.
13. Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, site engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
14. Immediate availability and currently residing in Riyadh.
