Description

We are seeking a skilled Network and Low Current Technician to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot low-voltage and networking systems across various projects. The role requires expertise in structured cabling, networking equipment, and low current systems such as CCTV, access control, fire alarm, and audiovisual systems. The technician will work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure high-quality installations and reliable performance.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Install, terminate, and test structured cabling systems (Cat6, Cat6A).
2. Install and maintain low current systems such as:
o Structured cabling and Piping (Plastic, EMT, Flexible). (Must Know)
o Network Cabinet Installation and Termination. (Must Know)
o Installation of CCTV, VoIP & Wi-Fi..etc. (Must Know)
o Access control & time attendance systems. (Must Know)
o Public address (PA) & audiovisual systems. (Not Necessary but it is a plus point)
o Fire alarm & emergency systems. (Not Necessary but it is a plus point)
o Knowing how to configure. (Not Necessary but it is a plus point)
o Having a valid driving license and knowing how to drive. (Not Necessary but it is a plus point)
3. Perform system integration between IT networks and low-current devices.
4. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting for network and low-voltage systems.
5. Ensure installations comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
6. Maintain documentation of network layouts, cabling diagrams, and system configurations.
7. Provide technical support and training to end-users when required.

Skills & Competencies
• Structured cabling and fiber optic splicing.
• Network configuration and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on installation of low-current systems.
• Teamwork and ability to work under pressure.

Other info:
• Testing can be from 1 Month up to 3 months.
• Transfer Iqama will be after testing.
• If you know how to drive, it will be a plus point.
• You must be resident in Khobar or willing to transfer there for the testing period.
