Senior Field Service Engineer (Sr. FSE) – Airport Security Systems

Role Summary:
Leads the field service team for installation, testing, and maintenance of airport security systems. Provides advanced troubleshooting, supervises junior engineers, and ensures service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead installation and commissioning projects for security screening systems.

Provide expert-level troubleshooting for complex technical issues.

Mentor and guide junior Field Service Engineers.

Coordinate with airport authorities and clients for smooth project execution.

Prepare detailed technical documentation and service reports.

Ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs).

Conduct training for operators and maintenance staff.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related discipline.

5+ years of experience in airport security systems maintenance/service.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

In-depth knowledge of X-ray machines, baggage handling security systems, and related technologies.
