Contract Review Specialist Required
Location: Al Khobar

Job Responsibilities:

• Review, draft, and negotiate construction contracts.
• Advise on contract terms, conditions, and risk management.
• Monitor contract execution, amendments, and compliance.
• Ensure alignment with industry regulations and company standards.

Key Skills:

• Strong understanding of construction contracts and legal terminology.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Risk assessment and contract management expertise.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in contract management within construction.
• In-depth knowledge of construction law and regulations.
