Urgently Required Marketing Specialist

Location: Al Khobar

Job Responsibility: -

• Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business opportunities and expand the company’s client base.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Identify potential markets and clients through market research and industry networking.
• Create compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to win new contracts.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth project handover and client communication.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to adjust strategies and maximize business growth.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns proactively.
• Contribute to the overall marketing strategy by ensuring alignment with sales goals and business development targets.

Requirements:

• MBA or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience (construction industry preferred).
• Strong understanding of business development strategies and client management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve sales objectives.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
