Description

We are looking for a dedicated Project Engg to oversee one of our key projects in aluminum and façade works. The selected candidate will initially manage a single project, and upon proving strong performance, will be promoted to Projects Manager to handle all company projects.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the assigned project from start to completion.
* Attend and represent the company in project meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.
* Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
* Ensure the work is executed with high quality standards and completed in a time-efficient manner.
* Supervise and coordinate all project teams (foremen, workers, safety, and quality teams).
* Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and company procedures.
* Provide leadership, problem-solving, and ensure smooth workflow on-site.

Requirements:
* Experience as a Project Engg in aluminum works or at least with facade projects.
* Strong technical background with ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQ, and specifications.
* Excellent communication and reporting skills.
* Strong leadership, organizational, and time management abilities.
* Ability to handle multiple teams and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
* English (Reading, Writing) is a must.

Salary package will be determined based on experience and performance in the interview.
