We’re looking for a skilled and experienced :
(Assistant Branch Manager - Restaurants Company)
to lead daily operations and ensure top-quality service. the ideal candidate should have:
key Responsibilities:
Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations customer service human resource administration and sales.
Meet goals and Metrics managing the daily cash deposit invoice entry and sales report Bring out the best of the branches personal by providing training ,coaching , development, motivation and monitoring hygiene of restaurant and employees.
Locate areas of improvement and purpose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
Share knowledge with other branches and head quarters on effective practices competitive intelligence business and needs.
Address customers and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations slash applicable laws
Manage the branch inventory transactions physically and daily ordering for CK and W/H through the system.
Follow and enforce all policies and procedures in different functions(Quality, IT, Inventory Management, sales management, customer service management.
Terms of employment:
Two years experience.
Previous experience in F&B.
MS office skills.
Management and leadership.
Customer Oriented.
