Job Description:

We are looking to hire a skilled and experienced Indian Chef who specializes in:

✅ Cooking high-quality Biryani and Mandi/Bukhari rice
✅ Preparing Grilled Chicken on charcoal
✅ Making Shawaya (Rotisserie) Chicken
✅ Preparing delicious Chicken & Mutton Kababs

This is a full-time position based in Saudi Arabia, working in a new catering business offering VIP food boxes and premium meals.

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years experience in Indian or Arabic-style rice dishes
• Proven skills in grill & kabab preparation
• Clean, organized, and fast in the kitchen
• Willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia
• Must provide:
• Valid passport
• Chef certificate or experience letter
• Photos or videos of your work (especially Biryani & Grills)
