Company: Qureshi Telecom & Contracting Company (QTCC) – Riyadh

About Us:
QTCC is a growing construction company specializing in building line projects including Civil Works,
Fit-out, and MEP scope. We are looking for a skilled Estimation Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Position: Estimation Engineer
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for Civil, Fit-out, and MEP projects.
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and requirements to determine scope and costing.
• Work closely with the QS, procurement, and project teams to finalize pricing strategies.
• Evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations for compliance and competitiveness.
• Assist management in negotiations and project bidding.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in estimation (Civil, Fit-out & MEP) in Saudia.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and market rates.
• Proficiency in estimation software and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
