We’re Hiring: Restaurant Supervisor / Manager

We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor/Manager to lead our team and ensure smooth, efficient daily operations with a focus on high-quality service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage daily restaurant operations
• Lead, train, and motivate front and back-of-house staff
• Ensure consistent food quality and excellent customer service
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards
• Support in marketing and promotional activities when needed

Requirements:
• Proven experience in restaurant supervision or management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Hands-on approach with a positive, team-focused mindset
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Passion for hospitality and staff development
