Requirements:
4–8 years of proven experience in site supervision and civil works execution.

Strong knowledge of engineering drawings, construction specifications, and safety standards.

Ability to lead site teams and coordinate subcontractors effectively.

Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, MS Office; Primavera is a plus).

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management.

Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.

Ensure health, safety, and environmental regulations are implemented on site.
