We are looking for Human Resources and Department Manager with following responsibilities


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the activities and staff of the Human Resource department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the Company’s vision & mission.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organization’s goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.

• Provide strategic insights and reports to senior management on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organizational development.

• Develop and implement HR Policies aligned with the company’s
business objectives.

• Ensure compliance across all HR functions, including job descriptions, policies, and procedures.

• Develop and implement performance management systems (eg KPIs) to drive employee engagement and productivity

• Manage payroll processing, performance appraisals, and salary reviews to drive high performance.

• Manage employee relations including terminations, resignations, warning letters etc.

• Ensures the organization’s compliance with the Saudi Arabian labour laws and regulations and recommended best practices; review and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance

• Monitors regulatory changes, report required changes in policy, practice, and resources to executive management & follows up with required amendments.

• Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the selection of required talent to meet project and operational needs.

• Develop and execute onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new employees.

• Maintain HR systems, records, and processes while fostering a positive work environment including oversee HR Module of ERP.

• Address and resolve employee concerns and grievances promptly and effectively.

• Develop procedure to Manage required use of key Saudi government- related HR platforms, such as GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, Mudad,
and Tawteen without errors, mistakes and misuse.

• Organize & Manage centralized Project Permits / IDs section providing full support to Project Management.

• Organize cross functional collaboration across departments to drive HR policy goals

• Ensure organisational level commitment to ethical conduct and confidentiality by all employees, ensuring complete discretion in managing sensitive information and interactions.

• Any other work related to the job position as per Management direction.

Qualifications and Experience required:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
• Professional HR certification is a plus.
• Previous experience in an organization with a large workforce.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, including Word, Excel, Power point etc.
• Professional interaction with employees.
• High level of confidentiality, integrity and reliability
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Minimum 8 years in HR Management

• Strong knowledge of employment laws, labor regulations, and compliance standards.
• Proven track record of managing recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in HRMS and Microsoft Office Suite.
