Description

Mechanical Supervisor (Hotel) – Oversee HVAC, plumbing, pumps, boilers & mechanical plant to ensure optimal operation.

Require 4–5 yrs mechanical maintenance incl. 2+ yrs in 4/5* hotel; technical diploma/cert; strong troubleshooting.

Duties: lead technicians, schedule preventive maintenance, manage repairs & contractors, energy & water efficiency.

Skills: HVAC controls/BMS basics, reading drawings, inventory & safety compliance; flexible for shifts/emergencies.
