Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information on specials, ingredients, and drink pairings.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, and enter them into the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately.
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and a positive attitude.
- Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared and delivered correctly.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Waiter or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of POS systems.
- Proficiency in the English language is required.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
