Job Title: Generator Specialist – Operations & Sales

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Technical & Operational:
• Supervise the installation and commissioning of generators at client sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot electrical/mechanical faults.
• Conduct pre-commissioning tests and document results.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during installation and operation.
• Monitor the condition of generators in warehouses and sites, and prepare regular reports.

🔹 Sales & Marketing:
• Promote generator rental and sales services to contractors, factories, and private/government projects.
• Prepare technical and financial proposals, providing clients with the right generator solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Participate in exhibitions and events to showcase the company’s services.
• Analyze market trends, monitor competitors, and recommend strategies to increase market share.

🔹 Customer Support:
• Provide technical support and field consultation to clients.
• Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on ongoing contracts and ensure compliance with agreed timelines and technical requirements.

Skills & Competencies:
• Hands-on experience with diesel/gas generator operation and maintenance.
• Knowledge of electrical systems (ATS, Synchronization, Load Sharing).
• Strong sales and B2B marketing skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in preparing technical and financial proposals.
• Good command of English (spoken & written).

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration with technical experience.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in generators or heavy equipment (operations & sales).
• Valid driving license.
