Job Vacancy: Business Registration & Compliance Officer (Only Philippines)
Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia
Company: Road King Factory for Industry (Smart Box, SAP, Smart Fix, Road King)
Responsibilities:
• Register the company as an approved vendor with major organizations (Aramco, SABIC, MA’ADEN, SEC, STC, etc.).
• Prepare and submit required documents (CR, Zakat, Tax, GOSI, Saudization, ISO, Made in Saudi, etc.).
• Follow up on registration status and renew all certificates before expiry.
• Develop and maintain a professional Company Profile with completed projects and client references.
• Coordinate with Finance (for documents) and Sales (for tenders/opportunities).
• Report directly to top management on progress and updates.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in vendor registration / prequalification (Aramco or SABIC experience preferred).
• Strong English & Arabic communication skills.
• High organizational and follow-up ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & online portals.
