Urgent Required *****Plumbing Supervisor Required******

* Read, interpret, and implement complex plumbing and drainage schematics, riser diagrams, and details.
* Ensure all work is performed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and workmanship, adhering to Aramco and international codes.
* Manage daily coordination with other trades (civil, structural, electrical, HVAC) to avoid clashes and ensure efficient workflow.
* Oversee the installation of soil, waste, vent, greywater, and storm drainage systems using precise BOP (Bottom of Pipe) levels and coordinates.
* Enforce strict adherence to material specifications as per approved submittals.
* Conduct and witness all pressure tests, air tests, and inspections, maintaining accurate records.
* Lead toolbox talks, perform site inductions, and ensure all team members follow safe work practices and PPE requirements.
* Manage on-site manpower, tools, and materials to meet project schedules and milestones.
* Report daily progress to the Project Manager and highlight any issues or delays promptly.
*Proven experience working on hospitals, high-rise buildings, or other complex projects is highly desirable.
* Expert ability to read and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in coordinating with other MEP disciplines and managing a diverse workforce.
* Valid driving license.
* Relevant technical diploma or trade certification is required.
