Arkan Al-Afdal Contracting Company is seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor with specialized expertise in complete villa MEP systems to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing operations for high-end residential projects in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate all MEP activities (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) for villa construction and maintenance projects.
• Ensure installations (HVAC, electrical wiring, plumbing, firefighting, etc.) adhere to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Lead on-site MEP teams and subcontractors, providing technical guidance and ensuring timely task completion.
• Conduct quality inspections and tests to verify system functionality and compliance with villa project requirements.
• Troubleshoot MEP issues and implement effective solutions to minimize delays.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain accurate records of work progress, material usage, and equipment maintenance.

Key Requirements:
• 7-10 years of experience in MEP supervision, specifically in villa/residential projects.
• Expertise in villa-scale HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
• Strong knowledge of KSA building codes, safety standards, and MEP best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and villa project plans.
• Proficiency in MEP software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit MEP).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
