*Job Description:*

- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to determine costs
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure estimates meet project requirements
- Develop and maintain cost databases and models
- Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and identify potential cost-saving opportunities
- Provide cost advice and recommendations to project teams

*Requirements:*

- 5+ years of experience in construction cost estimation
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, CostX, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
