*Key Responsibilities:*

- Prepare detailed structural drawings and plans for precast villa projects using CAD software like AutoCAD or Revit
- Develop and produce drawings and technical designs based on engineering specifications and project requirements
- Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, local regulations, and client requirements
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to develop design plans and resolve design issues
- Conduct site visits to gather data and verify design accuracy
- Maintain organized records of all drawings and revisions
- Provide technical support to project teams as needed
- Review and interpret engineering specifications and blueprints
- Identify potential design issues and suggest improvements

*Requirements:*

- DAE or B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field with 5-7 years of experience in structural drafting
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software
- Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and construction materials
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of 3D modeling software is a plus
