Hiring for "Senior Consultant Horticulturist"

#About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Agriculture Supervisor to oversee day-to-day Park operations, ensure efficient use of resources, and lead a team of field workers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of modern agricultural practices, pest and disease control, irrigation systems.

#Key Responsibilities:
>Supervise daily Park activities including planting, irrigation, fertilizing, and harvesting.
>Manage Park labor, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity.
>Monitor crop health and recommend improvements or treatments.
>Maintain Park equipment and facilities.
>Record data on crop yields, field activities, and inventory.
>Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

#Qualifications:
>Diploma or degree in Agriculture.
>Excellent leadership and communication skills.
>Ability to work outdoors and manage labor teams.

#Preferred:
>Experience with mechanized Park theme.
>Familiarity with precision agriculture technologies.
