Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team in Dammam. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing a variety of hot and cold beverages, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages

Greet customers warmly and take orders efficiently

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and dining area

Operate coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and blenders

Manage inventory of supplies and restock as needed

Follow food safety and hygiene standards

Suggest menu items and upsell when appropriate

Handle cash and POS transactions accurately

Assist in opening and closing duties

Requirements:
Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role (preferred)

Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-focused with a friendly and professional attitude

Basic math and POS handling skills

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Ability to work under pressure and multitask

Presentable appearance and hygiene awareness

Transferable Iqama (for non-Saudi applicants)

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with specialty coffee

Basic knowledge of food service operations

Ability to speak both English and Arabic (a plus)
