Urgent Requirement – Mechanical, Civil & Electrical Engineers / Civil Supervisor
📍 Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
🏗️ Project: Food Processing Facility – Building Construction
📅 Experience: Minimum 10 years (Saudi experience preferred)

We are seeking experienced and highly skilled Mechanical, Civil, and Electrical Engineers as well as a Civil Supervisor to join our team for the construction of a Seafood Processing Facility in Jeddah.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in construction projects.

Saudi experience is strongly preferred.

Civil Engineers must have proven experience in Structural Steel works.

Proven ability to manage site activities and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Strong understanding of HSE, QA/QC, and project documentation procedures.

Job Responsibilities (Applicable to All Disciplines):

Daily site supervision and monitoring of work progress, quality, and HSE compliance.
➤ Must spend 80% of time on-site, actively monitoring activities, ensuring safety remains the top priority.
➤ Remaining 20% for desk work and documentation.

Issuance of Work Permits to ensure controlled site activities.

Inspection of Works based on the Contractor’s Inspection Requests (IRs).

Material Inspection Requests (MIRs) – review and approval.

Witnessing all site tests for quality assurance.

Coordination with stakeholders (contractors, consultants, and internal teams) on all project-related issues.

Review of Drawings for compliance with project specifications.

Capture and update site progress photographs in project shared folders.

Incident reporting – Document and report all site incidents.

Attend and contribute to site progress meetings.

Report non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions.

Conduct site surveys during initiation and planning stages.

Verification of As-Built drawings prior to project close-out.

Perform any other project-related tasks as required.
