Description

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of HVAC and plumbing systems in our projects. The candidate will ensure all works are completed in accordance with engineering drawings, technical specifications, and quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise mechanical teams on-site and ensure adherence to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Monitor the execution of HVAC, ventilation, heating, and plumbing works to ensure compliance with technical standards.
• Review shop drawings and coordinate with other disciplines (electrical, civil, etc.).
• Manage work schedules, assign tasks to technicians, and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Supervise testing, inspection, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
• Ensure availability of required materials and tools in coordination with procurement and warehouse teams.
• Enforce occupational health and safety procedures during operations.
• Prepare progress reports and submit them to the management or project manager.

Qualifications:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience supervising HVAC and plumbing projects.
• Good knowledge of international standards and codes (ASHRAE, SMACNA, IPC).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
• Proficiency in reading drawings and using AutoCAD and MS Office.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
