About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Safety Officer to join our team. The Safety Officer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) guidelines across all operations. You will play a critical role in minimizing risks, conducting safety training, and promoting a culture of safety among employees.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
• Organize and lead safety training sessions for employees.
• Maintain accurate records of safety-related activities and compliance.
• Collaborate with management and staff to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Certification in NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar safety role.
• Strong knowledge of local and international safety regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
