Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Project Type: High-End Hotel – Finishing Phase Only
We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team for a luxury hotel finishing project in Jeddah.

• Architect (Finishing Works)
• Civil Engineer (Finishing Works)
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years and maximum 5 years of relevant experience in finishing works for high-end hotels, palaces, luxury resorts, or villas
• Strong knowledge of interior finishes, materials, and detailing standards
• Excellent coordination skills with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Currently based in Jeddah
• Immediate availability preferred
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and ensure premium-quality finishing works in line with luxury hospitality standards
• Coordinate with design teams and site management to meet deadlines
• Monitor workmanship, materials, and site progress to ensure top quality
