Description


Requirements:
• B.Sc. in a relevant engineering field (preferred).
• Excellent oral and written English proficiency (a must).
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in MEP or construction companies.
• Strong knowledge of planning software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Ability to establish Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) in coordination with the Project Manager and team.
• Skilled in developing master schedules, updating, monitoring, and reviewing construction schedules regularly.
• Ability to prepare weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Experience assisting project teams in developing action plans to avoid/minimize cost and schedule overruns.
• Ability to monitor site progress and highlight critical items for risk analysis.
