QC Coating Inspector (3 Positions) - Aramco Experience Required
Project: Jafurah SACE-2 Assignment
Location: Jafurah, Saudi Arabia
Employment Type: Full-time, Long-term

Job Description:
We are seeking experienced QC Coating Inspectors to join our team for the Jafurah SACE-2 project. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring all coating activities meet project specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive inspections of coating applications and processes

Interface directly with client representatives for inspection activities

Review and verify Inspection Test Plans (ITP), Material Specifications, and project requirements

Prepare and maintain quality control documentation and audit records

Manage calibration schedules and expiry dates for inspection equipment

Maintain daily inspection records and report findings to senior management

Review and submit Mechanical Completion (MC) dossiers for client approval

Oversee quality document handover from subcontractors

Qualifications & Requirements:
Essential:

High School Diploma/University Degree/Diploma in relevant field

Minimum 5 years' experience in oil & gas/petrochemical industry

At least 3 years' specific experience in coating inspection

2 years' experience in similar project scope

Mandatory Certifications (One of the following):

NACE CIP-Level 1

SSPC PCI-Level 1

BGAS Grade 2

Equivalent certification as per SAEP-316 standards

Skills & Competencies:

Thorough knowledge of coating application methods and industry standards

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong documentation and reporting skills

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Prior Aramco project experience preferred
