About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Foreman to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction and a proven track record in fit-out work. This is a hands-on role that requires a keen eye for detail, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all on-site civil and fit-out activities.

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Manage and motivate a team of workers.

Monitor project progress and report to the project manager.

Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues as they arise.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Civil Foreman, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

Extensive knowledge of both civil construction and interior fit-out work.

Must be fluent in Arabic.

Nationality: Indian or Pakistani.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Experience working in the construction industry in Saudi Arabia is a plus.

Salary and Benefits:

Salary: Up to 3,000 SAR per month, based on experience and qualifications.

Site allowance will be provided for projects outside of Riyadh.
