Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Online E-Commerce Operator to manage and grow our online store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales KPIs, boosting product visibility, and maintaining a strong brand reputation across digital platforms.

Note: This position is open only to applicants from Bengali and Filipino backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve and exceed online store sales targets (KPIs).

Develop strategies to increase product visibility and online market presence.

Build trust with customers by ensuring excellent service and product representation.

Monitor customer reviews, respond professionally, and maintain a positive store reputation.

Collaborate with the marketing and design team for ongoing promotions and campaigns.

Requirements:

Proven experience in e-commerce sales, digital marketing, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of online sales channels (Shopify, WooCommerce, Noon, etc.).

Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Self-motivated and performance-driven.
