Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Welder/Fabricator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in repairing vehicle body damage denting, applying high-quality paint finishes, and fabricating or modifying metal components. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as a Welder/Fabricator minimum 3 years.
Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques and best practices.
Proficiency in using dent repair tools and equipment.
Excellent painting skills, including color matching and application techniques.
Experience with various types of automotive paints and finishes.
Solid fabrication skills, including welding SMAW, CO2, cutting, and shaping metal.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
Relevant certifications or vocational training.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
Ability to work in various environmental conditions e.g. High Temperatures & Humid conditions, noise, fumes.
