We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses to join our clinical team and contribute to the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality healthcare services.

Role Overview:
The Staff Nurse will be responsible for delivering direct patient care, supporting clinical procedures, and ensuring adherence to healthcare protocols, including CBAHI and infection control standards. This role plays a vital part in enhancing the patient experience and supporting smooth daily clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct nursing care to patients across various specialties
• Record vital signs, administer medications, and monitor patient responses
• Assist physicians during consultations, procedures, and minor interventions
• Maintain accurate patient documentation in accordance with CBAHI standards
• Implement and follow infection control protocols strictly
• Ensure safe and hygienic clinical practices in all areas
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and medication usage
• Report abnormal findings or emergencies promptly to the physician in charge
• Coordinate with lab, pharmacy, and admin teams for smooth patient flow
• Participate in training programs, drills, and quality improvement initiatives
• Support onboarding of new staff or interns when required

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution
• Valid SCFHS license or eligibility as a Registered Nurse in Saudi Arabia
• Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical nursing experience (clinic or hospital setting)
• Familiarity with CBAHI standards, infection control, and patient documentation
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS is a plus
• Ability to work in a multicultural, fast-paced healthcare environment
• Proficiency in English and Arabic
