Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and ARAMCO-certified Work Permit Receiver (WPR) to support operations at the Fadhli site. The WPR will be responsible for obtaining, managing, and closing work permits in accordance with Saudi Aramco standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Obtain work permits (Cold, Hot, Vehicle Entry, Confined Space, etc.) from Saudi Aramco permit issuers.

Coordinate with site supervisors, safety officers, and client representatives to ensure work is executed safely and according to the permit conditions.

Ensure all personnel involved in the task are fully briefed on permit requirements and safety measures.

Attend permit meetings and toolbox talks as required by site operations.

Maintain records of issued permits and related documentation.

Liaise with Saudi Aramco Loss Prevention Department (LPD) and Area Work Permit Issuer (AWPI) as needed.

Ensure timely renewal, extension, or closure of work permits in line with project needs.

Identify and report any non-compliance with permit conditions or safety issues to appropriate authorities.

Support shutdown, maintenance, and construction teams in permit-related tasks.

Requirements:
Valid and active ARAMCO Work Permit Receiver (WPR) Certification

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar WPR role in oil & gas or petrochemical projects

Good understanding of Saudi Aramco safety and work permit procedures

Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Ability to work in a team-oriented, high-pressure environment

Experience in shutdowns, maintenance, or construction projects is preferred

Must be available for long-term deployment in Fadhli

Working Hours: As per site/client schedule (may include night shifts or weekends during shutdowns)
