Description

We are seeking a highly skilled 6G Welder with expertise in welding carbon steel, stainless steel, and working on pump systems. The ideal candidate will be proficient in TIG (GTAW), ARC (SMAW), and MIG welding techniques, capable of performing complex welds in the 6G position (pipe welding at a 45? angle).

๐Ÿงฐ Key Responsibilities
Perform 6G welding on pipes and structural components using SMAW, GTAW, and MIG processes2

Weld materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy pipes

Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols

Set up and calibrate welding equipment based on project specs

Conduct pre-weld and post-weld inspections, including NDT support

Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols

Collaborate with fabricators, fitters, and supervisors to meet project deadlines



Requirement Details
Education ITI / Diploma in Welding or related trade
Certification Valid 6G welding certification (ASME/AWS/CSWIP preferred)
Experience 3โ€“5 years in industrial welding, especially in oil & gas, fabrication, or shipbuilding
Skills Proficiency in SMAW, GTAW (TIG), MIG, defect identification, and metallurgy
Physical Ability Capable of working in tight spaces and physically demanding environments
Safety Knowledge Familiarity with NDT methods like radiography and ultrasonic testing.

Salary: 2000-3000 SAR
