Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Logistics Dispatcher to join our team in Dammam. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the movement of trucks and shipments, ensuring on time delivery, and maintaining communication with drivers and clients. This role requires strong decision-making skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and dispatch drivers to pick up and deliver shipments to customers and ports.

Monitor and track deliveries to ensure timely execution.

Communicate with drivers throughout the day via phone and GPS tracking.

Maintain accurate records of shipments, routes, and delivery statuses.

Coordinate with warehouse, transport, and operations teams.

Prepare and submit daily and weekly delivery reports.





Qualifications and Requirements:
Proven experience as a dispatcher or in a logistics coordination role (minimum 2 years preferred).

Strong understanding of transportation regulations and local road networks.

Proficient in dispatch software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Arabic preferred).

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems under pressure.

High school diploma or equivalent; a logistics or business-related degree is a plus.

Familiarity with port operations, customs clearance, and Bayan systems is an advantage.

Preferred Attributes:
Local experience in Dammam and Eastern Province logistics operations.

Good knowledge of truck types and container movement (import/export).
