About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and certified female Pilates instructor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is experienced, professional, and eager to contribute to a welcoming, high-end environment focused on client care and continuous development.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead group and/or private Pilates sessions (Reformer/Mat/Equipment)

Create personalized, safe, and engaging programs for all fitness levels

Support clients in reaching their fitness and wellness goals

Maintain a professional and uplifting atmosphere in every session

Collaborate with the team to uphold studio standards and experience

4-6 Pilates group Sessions Daily

2-4 Pilates Private Sessions Daily

1h Administration work (Session Planning, Client wallet organization...)

????️ Requirements:

Certified Pilates Instructor (Balanced Body, STOTT, BASI, or equivalent)

Minimum 2 years experience in teaching Pilates (Reformer preferred)

Strong communication skills and client rapport

Positive, team-oriented attitude

Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
