Description

We are looking for a workshop Supervisor who has experience with Engine Overall and maintenance jobs.

Power Generation Maintenance Supervisor

Supervise the mechanical maintenance of power generation equipment to ensure efficiency, reliability, and availability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in daily planning meetings to coordinate maintenance activities.
• Supervise and follow-up on preventive maintenance works to ensure unit availability and maintainability.
• Prioritize and supervise corrective maintenance works for power units to ensure their availability and maintainability.
• Conduct technical evaluations of vendor material offers to ensure they meet specifications.
• Ensure material availability for outages to guarantee plant reliability.
• Manage the availability of materials, equipment, and spare parts for overhauls and maintenance works.
• Ensure the availability of special tools, consumables, and personal protective equipment required for the job.
• Analyze and diagnose technical problems, determine remedial actions, and work actively to resolve issues.
• Create and review preventive maintenance tasks based on manufacturer recommendations or reliability procedures.
• Organize and supervise subordinate activities to ensure efficient maintenance work within policies and procedures.
• Prepare safety incident and maintenance reports related to outages, abnormalities, and equipment history to monitor parameters and ensure compliance.
Requirements:
• University degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience Requirements: 5-7 Years of Experience
