Qualifications "Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field

Certification in Document Control or Records Management (preferred but not mandatory)

Strong knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory documentation practices"

Experience "Minimum 10 years of proven experience in document control

Key Responsibilities

"Manage and maintain all project-related documentation in accordance with company policies and industry standards
Implement and monitor document control procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance
Support internal teams with document tracking, retrieval, versioning, and approval workflows
Utilize document control platforms (e.g., Aconex, EDMS, SharePoint) for daily operations"
Requirement "Candidate should have valid Iqama ID minimum 3 months 2025
