Description

We are looking for an experienced MEP Foreman to join our team in Dammam/Khobar.

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise installation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and ELV systems

- Review technical drawings and ensure proper implementation

- Assign daily tasks to MEP technicians and monitor work progress

- Conduct inspections, testing (continuity, megger, functional), and commissioning

- Handle panel dressing, cable termination, conduit/tray installation (PVC, EMT, RGC)

- Coordinate with AV and Interior teams for integrated installations

- Maintain safety and quality standards on site

- Submit daily reports and ensure materials are available as per specs

Requirements:

- Minimum 12–15 years of MEP site supervision experience (interior & AV-integrated projects preferred)

- Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or MEP Engineering

- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office

- Good understanding of ELV systems and basic AV coordination

- Valid Saudi Driving License is required

- Good command of English (Urdu, Hindi, or Arabic is a plus)

- Transferable Iqama is mandatory

- Candidate must be inside Saudi Arabia
